I’m Frank Jacquette, and I’m a nerd who ran my own custom software development company from 2000 to 2020.

I built it around a simple belief: technology exists to make your life better.

We had a pretty good run: six-time winners of the Philadelphia 100 (a list of the fastest-growing companies in the Greater Philadelphia area), included in the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame, and named three times to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States. I’ve been profiled multiple times in the Philadelphia Business Journal, and our company was listed as one of the ten best places to work in the area by Main Line Today magazine and made the PBJ’s Best Places to Work list.

We pioneered agile software development in highly-regulated environments, and our approach always put the human being at the heart of the system. We successfully brought our approach to some of the largest companies in the world, and we helped some smaller companies get much, much larger.

After 20 years and hundreds of successful projects, I decided to exit the custom software development business and make myself available as an interim CEO, interim or fractional CTO, or technology project manager for the most challenging projects. I also advise executives and help them turn their technology teams around.

I’m a Disney nerd, and my fascination with their resorts and theme parks led me to develop expertise in customer experience design. I’ve presented my keynote “Getting the Customers You Do Not Have: The Power of Exceptional Customer Experience” to hundreds of CEOs and executives since 2015. Contact me if you’re interested in having me present to your organization.

I blog here on technology, customer experience, and leadership topics. On my other blog, Going to Awesome, I blog about using your imagination and unique traits to build the life you want for yourself.
