One of the less common features of our company is that, with a few exceptions, all of our consultants are permanent, full-time employees of the company. It's a constant juggling act to keep the supply of available consultants balanced with the present and future needs of our clients, so it helps a lot if we can proactively hire a consultant or time the end of an existing engagement to meet a future need. When a new need arises and we don't have anyone available, we throw our recruiting engine into overdrive and start scouring the planet.

We have to find candidates who have the necessary skills, but more importantly we have to find those who are suited to the lifestyle of consultants, who share the company's opinions on honesty and openness, and who fall into the right salary and geographical ranges. It's a tough order to fill. With project managers, who frequently fill the role of lead analyst and primary client contact as well, finding the right candidate is even tougher. We're entrusting a client's well-being to this person; there is no greater trust that we can bestow upon someone.

Right now we're actively searching for senior project managers, and it's a long, hard struggle. If you or someone you know is an experienced information technology project manager who lives near our location in Malvern, PA and thinks our company looks like an interesting place to work, send your resume to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
