  • Developed a workflow in RSuite CMS to manage and add automation for the process around creating content for an educational training course, facilitating reviews and approvals, converting source content to XML, and generating online training for the course.
  • Developed an integration between RSuite CMS and the oXygen XML authoring tool.
  • Designed and developed PublishConnect for Typefi Publish and PublishConnect for DITA.  These tools integrate EMC Documentum with the DITA Open Toolkit and Typefi Publish to enable the automation of richly formatted print, web, and eBook output from XML source content.
  • Implemented a content management system to manage safety and regulatory compliance publications content. This content includes government-issued regulations as well as original content derived from editors, external sources, and existing publications. The system provides a single source for all content, reduces production time for publications, streamlines the publication workflow, preserves data integrity, and eliminates redundant production processes.
