  • Implemented a Ross ERP system for a candy maker.  Integrated with ESHA’s Genesis Nutritional database, UPS’ Worldship, and Loftware software to print labels with nutritional information.  Implemented a web-based report viewer, which enabled their financial, manufacturing, and sales departments to access over fifty customized reports in a user-friendly and comprehensive fashion, streamlining their everyday office activities.
  • Developed a custom software solution to support the processing of Professional Information Requests (PIR) for the skill center of a major pharmaceutical company. The application is used to route, track, and respond to PIRs, as well as compose, print, and store response letters that are sent to the requester. The application also serves as a document storage and retrieval system for reusable response letter content referred to as Standard Responses (SR).
  • Provided an interim program director for a growing global medical affairs and research company.  Developed a program management framework, including appropriate job and role descriptions, templates, processes, and communications channels to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery to their clients.
